Meet my neighbor’s cat, Shelly. She is a travelling kitty who is most friendly and adores sunning herself on my deck whilst keeping track of the birds, squirrels, and our dog. She is quite the lady, very delicate with her nudges and paws and seemingly very low key about sharing space with others. I love her company and check my screen porch each morning to see if she slept over while taking a break from visiting her other neighbors.
At the moment, our dog Schultzie is having a staredown with her…he is trapped downstairs while Shelly is queen of the deck above. How that happened I do not know but our little Chaweenie rescue is a scaredy cat and Shelly most definitely has this figured out!
